We're Here For You

Our goal at Evolutionary Herbalism is to support you on your plant path. As you go through your program, and continue on your herbal journey, questions are guaranteed to come up. We want to be available to support you in any way we can. 

We receive a lot of questions every day and we only have a small team to support our students. So we’ve created a system for how to go about getting your questions answered to make it as easy and efficient for everyone.

Please look through the resources we’ve created for you below and follow the steps to get your questions answered.

How to navigate this website

The Evolutionary Herbalism members portal is more than just a collection of online courses, its a map of your unique journey on the plant path and a place to build community around the teachings of the plants. That said, it might seem a little overwhelming, daunting, or confusing for some. If you simply need a little guidance on how to best use this website click the button below for in-depth guided tours from Sajah. 

how to get questions answered

1. The Knowledgebase

Chances are you’re not the first person to have the question you have. We’ve compiled over 1000 questions and answers from students over the past decade into a cohesive searchable database of articles.

Before you submit a question to us, take a minute to browse/search through these articles. It’s quite possible your answer is already waiting for you. 

2. The Q&A Archive

A few years ago we decided it would serve the EH community better to answer your questions in a more interactive format. In the Weekly-ish Q&A’s so far Sajah has filmed hundreds of hours of video answering your questions.

All of these videos are also searchable databases! You can find not only the video, but the specific spot in the video where your answer might be.

3. Search Your Program

Think of our programs as searchable archives. While we’re continuously working on the transcriptions to make the search results a little better, you can still find a lot of relevant information to your query. 

To search within your program, just click on the green flask on the lower right side of your screen while you’re inside your course, or you can scroll down to the tabs and do it below.

Click the tab for the course(s) you’re currently enrolled in to search within the videos to (hopefully) find the answer to your question. Please note that if you’re not enrolled in a particular course it’s likely no search box will show up.

Fear not!! We’ve got you covered. Fill out the form below to submit a question for Sajah to answer in a weekly-ish Q&A video, keeping in mind the following:

  1. Your question will either be answered by the Evolutionary Herbalism team (who are also herbalists well-versed in our courses) or by Sajah in a Q&A video.
  2. We get a lot of questions, so to make your question easier to answer, please make it as concise and direct as possible. This will help you get a more rapid response.
  3. Please only submit one question at a time so we can answer as many questions from as many students as possible in a timely manner.
  4. If you have a technical support question, or are having issues with the members portal, please email us at [email protected]. Please note we cannot answer program content questions via the support email address.

     

  5. We cannot answer personal health questions, give herbal recommendations, or review specific cases. We want to make sure you receive accurate advice and recommendations, which can’t be done via email. We encourage you to find a qualified local herbalist that can do a proper consultation with you, a good place to start is through the AHG website https://www.americanherbalistsguild.com/.
  6. We cannot answer questions about your personal astrological chart. Please do not submit specific chart information in hopes of getting an astrological chart interpretation.
