I recently purchased another, my first book was pretty worn out as I’ve kept it on my desk for reference and wanted a fresh copy for my library. I also have the audio book version for when I’m on the go or out in the garden; both are really great to have but for the purpose of this discussion I will be referring to the physical book and the ways it helped me navigate the EH programs.

Charts, tables, illustrations – There are over 50 figures throughout this book, all relating to the course/program criteria. I’ve put together this quick reference list and overview of all the visual elements included in the book, along with their page numbers, so I can skim through as questions arise or for when I cannot get to the course (pdf) material. Taking the time to map out where and how to locate information quickly is a shortcut I think every student should utilize, as it is much more useful than having to recall all the details!

Are there specific ways this indispensable book has helped you along your learning journey? Please join the discussion and share!🌿

Thank you for this. I’ve had this book for some time now but haven’t really dove into it. So many books…too little time 😂. I just finished the Pisces module in Astro Herbalism. This post comes at the right time for me. I will make this a part of my daily reading 🙏🏻

So happy to hear it Jane! Congratulations, on getting through the program. You’re heading for the bonus material, and I think you are going to love it! I know I did. 😍

No, not enough time in the day, that’s for sure lol but keeping it somewhere I can see it…or even carrying a book in my bag serves as a good reminder!

Correction! At the bottom of the audiobook description on Amazon it says “PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.” I finally just located my audio pdf supplemental excerpt for audiobook listeners…I had been wondering about this and thought I was going to receive an email but it was in the My Library on the actual Audibles website not the Amazon digital content. Another student had mentioned this and I’m glad he did! This is so convenient, nice bonus feature on the audible version! Thank you Sajah!!
