I took Gemmo products for years – Ribes to help support my adrenals and Tamarix gallica to support blood building. I’m not sure if the Ribes was helpful but the Tamarix did wonders for my anemia. It felt like a very subtle medicine, almost like a flower essence, that my body learned from.

Hi Marilyn, I was wondering, what oil do you use as a base? I love the idea of salves and have made them in the past but more just for specific uses. I love the idea of making more body butter salves but I find the ones I make a bit greasy and they don’t sink in well. I usually use olive oil base. I’m away from home so don’t have any pictures at the moment but I’ll share some in a couple of weeks!
