I watched the video last night on the website. It’s format is much like the Fairy- Relations Congress that i taught at for the first 8 years. It’s this weekend in Quilcene, Washington. http://www.fairycongress.com

I wish I could go to the herbal conference listed here. I know a few teachers or have wished to sit in a class or two from some the listed teachers here.

Perhaps, a zoom class or recording could be cool for those unable to attend?

Do tell/ show us with photos if permitted.

I like Marilyn’s idea…i say,try to discern by looking at the doctrine of signatures & it’s morphology. Example, Nettles. ..it’s sharp, prickly, grows in clumps or clusters. It’s a solar plant ruled by Mars. Think of Mars, aggressive, firey, gets things moving.can be like an army, all rallying together. Combined energy behind the action to fuel it* see. What I’m saying? It’s like learning the tarot, try to see what you can discern, by looking at the card first. What are the clues? Think it through, how did it feel to you? Still uncertain? Sit with the plant.. from your heart perception, Ask the plant. Listen with your heart& not your mind. Then , consult a book. Judith Hill had some great books to explore.

    Hope that helps?

Sister, it is very nice indeed to find an age mate here! You did not seem to come off strong to me. It was a passionate call to engagement! Be times we need the “emperor has no clothes on” approach.. open your eyes y’all to engagement. I thank you for that. I find I must sit with the information.. ruminate on it.. bit by bit.. digesting it.. seeing how it feels to me. In my center I ask…” is this ringing true for me” then I look for more information.. I don’t take things just on he said/ she said as truth. I try to always make informed decisions. I do take in to factors other opinions. Ultimately, our bodies are wise. we will know, if we learn how to listen. & I agree that Margi’s Book is most helpful.

As we age, our bodies need different things then we did when we were younger adults.

I believe we are ever becoming & evolving. That is why I love this school! It’s all about teaching just that. And how do best support our evolution of self in mind body & spirit. What are the tools? What is the wisdom connection? You know? I really like how Sajah goes down the “rabbit-hole” on subjects. It really suits my style of learning. I have studied with. Many over the years, yet he is so knowledgeable, giving credit back to his mentors, tells you his mistakes & learned wisdom. He is laid back, yet so deep with a knowingness from experience. I can listen to him all day long. 😉

We are here in this tea- house to support each other in our becoming, right?

So thank you for your enthusiasm over the topic not much expounded upon.!

And if i missed any rebuttals to quandries of me.. ask again.. 🫣🤔😆

What a great response! Thank you! New Awarenesses abound!

As you say, much saturation of information. Thank you.

Agreed .. the whole know yourself is utmost importance. I too, took the alchemical course & am now in the vitalist group.

Ay 70 years old I’m still a student of nature & life. Sharing knowledge & wisdom with friends& family& my community.

I find it’s important that we do what we can from where we are in life. And never stop becoming* 😉🌿

    Thank you for the response!

I will look into this more!

🙄 my first knee jersey reaction was …oh great, more things to not eat.. I’m already GF, DF, legume free, brassier free, and type 2 diabetic.post menopausal,& osteopenia . What’s left? I felt kinda angry.. then depressed. Then.. breathe .. filter out.. realized it was knee jerk reaction not an informed response… still.. have questions as to oxalate toxicity. If everyone is susceptible or only certain people with preexisting health issues,? There needs to be more than one source in the matter and evidence based reports. This helps with making an informed decision.

Sajah? What is your opinion on this topic? Should we throw out deep leafy greens from our dits? If so, what do we replace them with to provide the other other nutrients?

Thank you for the link to your source. I will look at it.

I’m also confused to why we have(or perhaps I) missed this seemingly high alert information in diet, nutrients & metabolism?

So, what does the oxalate do to the body? How did it harm? I think I’m hearing that the oxalate can drain minerals from the body & create kidney stones? Hmm.. it seems for some this creates hypervigilance in diet. Should we all be this concerned? I don’t think I’ve heard of this concern before? Or maybe, I just don’t remember? I’m hearing that spinach, kale, deep leafy greens & turmeric are all high in oxalate. Does this mean we should not invest these items?

Does this apply to everyone or only those prone to kidney issues? I’m confused..
