I had not heard of it, but it certainly sounds interesting! I can see how it might especially be potentially helpful with people react to tree pollens, kind of like the way taking local honey is suppose to help with allergies.
I have had allergies to every form of pollen, pretty much since I was born. The honey cure never worked for me, I also did allergies shots, drops… none of them worked. I currently have a rotation of herbs I use, Nettles always, but I also have this theory that the herbs that are available at any given time are potentially the remedy for the pollen that is effecting me. So my daily quart of strong allergy tea always starts with a base of nettle and peppermmnt (or sometimes spearmint), and then varies by any symptoms I’m currently having, plus what’s in season.
Anyway, didn’t mean to hijack the topic!
Gemmotherapy sounds interesting, especially if made from buds of plants that were the source of my allergies, but I’m not sure how I would manage to collect all those tree buds!
So what buds were included in the blend you were taking?
