The listening for me is imperative, and has never ceased to amaze & delight upon the research stage.
The pain was of a tendinitis nature at the time. It has since disappeared, as does most my pain/injury experiences. Poof! Into thin air… 😇
Thank you for the Rosemary tip, and I’m going to be looking for a source of Mullein. It has come up a few times lately, however, where I live now, I’ve not seen it anywhere! Wild. I had only begun to open the door to Mullein a couple years ago before I moved provinces.
I’m not familiar with feverfew as of yet. With my 0-minimal knowledge on that lovely blend and simply listening… explore this for some fun and do your own sensing… (first came to mind Cloves, doesn’t quite feel right) Then I ‘tuned-in’, I hear the name Lindsay. Well that’s interesting? So I look it up, to see if it’s an herb/plant… Nope, however, what I do find is that there is such a thing as a Lindsay Herb Modelling Mask, or Soothing Herb Mask… “well-regarded for their ability to leave skin feeling smooth, soft, and radiant, with a cooling sensation upon application… they can help with hydration and calming the skin.”… It may be some useful insight for you, or possibly, there’s a ‘clue’ within the ingredients of their masks…?
