You have some great knowledge regarding oxalate toxicity, when I studied nutritional medicine years ago I was looking in to the issues that arose with excessive oxalate in the dirt and apart from a few little charts on Google, it was difficult to find extensive research on the subject. I have found the need to check oxalate loads in my diet due to a large list of symptoms that I believe are related and would love to get direction to better information if you’re interested in sharing any? I know a few vegans that I believe have poor health due to this and would love to do more research into this topic to share with others.

Good luck with your findings, I think this is something that needs to be considered more when looking at symtomology.
