    I’d love to be in touch. I am growing some herbs and planning to grow many more from spring. But at this stage only enough for me and my local workshops. I would love to grow more, I’m up in mid north coast nsw, so would be great to be in touch with someone in Vic that has similar conscious connection as your climate apes for different herbs.

    I’ve used austral herbs before, but that was years ago, and I’m not sure of the quality now.

    I’m going to try mudbrick herb, but mostly I am prepping my garden beds for spring. Figure the right plants will come as I need them.

    I’m just looking into dehydrators now.

    I have also found some local farms with Davidson plum, lemon myrtle and anise myrtle and I may just end up starting my own farm at some point!
